- Priced from the company's own catalogEach run reads the current catalog price and payment terms for that company location, so a draft order is never built on stale numbers copied from the last one.
- It stops at the draft orderThe app never charges a card, sends an invoice, or turns a draft into an order. You review and send. That is what makes an automated reorder safe to leave running.
- You can see what it didRun now to create the first order immediately. Pause, resume, or skip a single run. Every run is recorded with its outcome and a link to the draft order, and a failure is emailed to you.
What it is not
Standing Orders is not a consumer subscriptions app. It does not store a payment method, take recurring card payments, forecast demand, or integrate with an ERP. It creates B2B draft orders on a schedule, and stops there.
